OctoSync is the property and condominium management system that Brewed and iWeb.mx developed after working with vacation rental, building and condominium managers in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. They all shared the same pain: information lived scattered across Excel, WhatsApp, email and one person's memory. OctoSync brings it into one place and automates the repetitive part: collecting, notifying, scheduling and reporting.
