The challenge

Three towns, three properties, one site

The three houses sit in different towns, with different characters and units that look nothing alike — from a studio for two to a two-bedroom apartment with its own living room. Rental platforms flatten all of that into isolated listings and take a cut. The challenge was to give them a home of their own where guests can tell the towns apart, compare real units and ask for dates directly.

An editorial site in ivory and matcha green, with clean URLs, a unit catalogue and a home-grown cookie consent layer.

Our approach

Direct bookings across three towns

A boutique hotel spread across Bucerías, La Cruz and San Pancho needs to sell the whole, not four loose listings.

Business model

Mamica runs four boutique apartment properties in Riviera Nayarit. The business lives on occupancy and on what is left after platform commissions, so every booking that arrives directly is worth more than one that arrives through a middleman.

Strengths we leveraged

What the platforms cannot show is the brand: designer spaces, local cooking, a pool and the beach a few steps away, with a named unit in every town. The site groups the four properties under one identity and presents each unit with its own personality.

Competition & positioning

It competes against Airbnb, Booking and the hotels in each town. We worked the positioning around "apartments in Bucerías / La Cruz / San Pancho", with clean URLs, a page per property and per unit, and direct WhatsApp contact to turn that search into a commission-free booking.
