The challenge

An industry where trust is earned in large print

Anyone shopping for a loan arrives already suspicious of the fine print. A SOFOM cannot fix that with promises: the law requires it to publish fees, rates, CAT, its specialised complaints unit and the Financial Entities Bureau, and to keep all of it consistent with what is filed with CONDUSEF. The challenge was turning that legal requirement into the sales argument instead of hiding it in a footer.
