Café Chapultepec does not have to attract customers: they are already at the hotel, facing the beach, in the pool area of Los Tules. What they want is to order a breakfast, a michelada or some tacos gobernador without getting up, without downloading an app and without signing up for anything. A paper menu does not solve that, and a delivery platform charges a commission on an order delivered fifty meters away. The challenge was to build a digital menu so simple it worked from any phone by the pool, sections by time of day, chef recommendations and clear prices, and ended in a WhatsApp message with the confirmation and the waiting time communicated in advance.

Café Chapultepec operates inside the Los Tules hotel in Puerto Vallarta, facing the beach: breakfast from 8 am to 1 pm, drinks all day, lunch & snack, dinner and service to the pool, the beach and the room. The business is the captive hotel guest, and its residents, who want to order from the lounge chair without downloading anything, and the margin lost if that order goes through a delivery app.
