Vitea has what every restaurant on the Malecón would want: an uninterrupted ocean view, a founding chef with a name, Bernhard Güth, the same as Trio, and a kitchen that mixes modern classics, local specialties and seafood-driven dishes in an atmosphere inspired by the French Riviera. What it lacked was a digital presence at that level: the brand looked dated and the site did not give the tourist comparing restaurants from the Malecón, in English, on a phone, at seven in the evening, the menu, the view or the reason to sit down. The challenge was to refresh the identity, build a bilingual site with the sea up front and add the second line of business, events and catering, without competing with the restaurant.

Vitea is the oceanfront bistro of founding chef Bernhard Güth on the Puerto Vallarta Malecón: breakfast, lunch and dinner with contemporary European cuisine and local specialties, seafood dishes, a wine list and an atmosphere inspired by the French Riviera, plus events and catering as a second line. It lives on Malecón foot traffic and on residents who use it as a meeting point all day.
Its strength is the oceanfront location and a kitchen with a name. We refreshed the identity and built a bilingual site with the ocean view as the first screen, the all-day menu, the events and catering section, Instagram integrated as a live gallery and direct reservations, with the same level of detail in Spanish and English.
It competes with the entire Malecón offer meters away. We positioned "oceanfront restaurant in Puerto Vallarta" and "restaurante frente al mar en Puerto Vallarta" for the tourist comparing from a phone at seven in the evening, and the chef name for those who already know Trio and look for his other restaurant.
