A couple planning their wedding from Chicago or Toronto to celebrate it in Punta de Mita hires a planner without ever meeting in person. They decide on what they see, the previous weddings, the press features, the video, and on what other couples who already lived that day say. The Wedding Mexico offers full-service production: floral arrangements, table settings, multi-course dinners, lighting design, photo and video, with a team that looks after the well-being of the bride and groom and not just the logistics. But the brand and the site did not convey that level. The challenge was to redesign the identity and build an elegant English-language site where real wedding photography, the "as seen in" section and dozens of named testimonials carried the conversation all the way to the first contact.

It lives on few events a year with high budgets, booked months in advance by couples from the US, Canada and Mexico who plan from a distance.
Its strength is the curated experience and the care for the well-being of the bride and groom, backed by dozens of real couple testimonials and press features. We redesigned the brand identity and built an elegant English-language site where the video, the gallery of weddings produced, the "as seen in" block and the named testimonials carry the conversation to the first contact.
It competes with international planners and with hotel wedding departments. We positioned "wedding planner Puerto Vallarta", "wedding planner Sayulita" and "wedding planner Punta de Mita", three destinations, three searches, with content of its own per location and social proof as the central argument.
