Certainty for two audiences on one site

SUOR Asociados serves Mexican companies that need to stay compliant with the SAT, and foreigners settling in Bahía de Banderas who must sort out residency, tax ID and obligations without understanding the system. Two clients with different questions and the same fear: getting it wrong with the authorities. The challenge was a site that conveys rigour and warmth at once and leads both to book a consultation.

Business model

SUOR Asociados earns recurring fees for accounting and tax advisory (monthly bookkeeping, filings, planning) and one-off fees for procedures: INM residency permits, IMPI trademark registration, operating licences and contracts. The profitable client is the company that stays every month and the foreigner who arrives with several procedures chained together.

Strengths we leveraged

Its real asset is the two founding partners — certified public accountants with master’s degrees in tax — and the office in Marina Vallarta, exactly where foreign residents live and do business. The site puts those credentials and that location up front, in Spanish and English, so the visitor knows who they are talking to before booking.

Competition & positioning

It competes with traditional accounting firms with no English presence and with informal immigration fixers. We positioned it for “asesoría fiscal y contable en Puerto Vallarta” and “accounting and tax advisory in Puerto Vallarta”, with separate service pages and a full English version most of its competitors lack.
