Someone looking for a place to watch the game decides in two minutes, almost always from their phone: they want to know whether there are screens, what the food is like, what it costs and how to get there. The old site was a single Spanish-only page that answered none of that — and a good share of Nuevo Vallarta, tourists and foreign residents alike, searches in English.

Guicho's fills its tables when there is NFL, Liga MX, NBA, MLB or boxing on. The business is food and drinks, but the decision to go is triggered by a specific game, so the customer's real question is "where do I watch the game in Nuevo Vallarta?".
Screens all over the bar, real kitchen food (wings, burgers, tacos) and a central Nuevo Vallarta location. The site puts that on the first screen and adds a sports blog per language that gives the bar a reason to show up when people search for the event, not just the bar.
It competes with Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerías bars and restaurants that only have social media. A bilingual site with address, hours, menu and per-event content positions "sports bar in Nuevo Vallarta" for locals and for the tourists arriving in season.
