The challenge

Trust before the first session

In psychotherapy the decision gets made while reading. People looking for online therapy arrive with very specific questions — how she works, whether they need a diagnosis, what happens in the first session, whether it is confidential — and with a subject that is hard to put into words. The challenge was a site that answers all of it calmly and without promises, and leaves that first message one tap away.
