The challenge

Trust before the first session

In psychotherapy the decision gets made while reading. People looking for online therapy arrive with very specific questions — how she works, whether they need a diagnosis, what happens in the first session, whether it is confidential — and with a subject that is hard to put into words. The challenge was a site that answers all of it calmly and without promises, and leaves that first message one tap away.

✓A fully online service: there is no office to visit
✓A sensitive subject that calls for a professional, understated tone
✓Plenty of questions to settle before anyone writes in
✓A clinical and legal framework that has to be spelled out

The solution

What we built

A one-page site in deep greens and editorial type that walks a visitor from wondering to booking.

I want to start →

✓A serene visual identity: sage green and sand palette, editorial serif and generous white space
✓A one-page journey with sticky navigation: approach, areas of practice, process, format, FAQs and contact
✓An approach section explaining Integrative Clinical Psychology and her CBT and DBT tools
✓Areas of practice in an accordion — anxiety, mood, emotional regulation, trauma and grief — each one detailed
✓A “you can also come to therapy if…” block for people who arrive without a diagnosis
✓A step-by-step walkthrough of the process: first session, following sessions and goal reviews
✓An online-format section covering technical requirements, session length and video-call privacy
✓Collapsible FAQs and a clearly stated notice that the site does not handle emergencies
✓Two ways to get in touch: direct WhatsApp and online scheduling, with a floating button sitewide
✓Credentials and professional licence numbers on display, plus privacy notice, informed consent and terms
✓Health-professional structured data on a light, responsive site that loads fast on mobile

Our approach

Online therapy, without noise

Someone looking for psychotherapy needs clarity and calm, not a shouting site; the design was subordinated to that.

Business model

Dr. Claudia Díaz Navarro offers individual online psychotherapy, in Spanish, for adults, in 50-minute video sessions. It is a solo practice: revenue is per session and growth depends on the right patient finding her and daring to write.

Strengths we leveraged

Her strength is the Integrative Clinical Psychology approach and honest communication (no emergency care, a clear explanation of how the first session works). The site carries that with serene typography, anchored sections, FAQs and a booking button that lowers friction.

Competition & positioning

She competes with psychologist directories and online-therapy platforms. We positioned "individual online psychotherapy" and "clinical psychologist" with health-professional structured data, visible licenses and legal pages that give the trust a directory cannot.
